Facilities Management
On a day to day basis, our Facilities Management department keep all of the PG properties up to date with regards to the Health + Safety Executive directives, keeping all of our services users and staff safe – providing peace of mind to all concerned.

Estates
Portland estates department employs Builders and qualified tradesmen to ensure all our units are maintained and decorated to the highest standard. This efficient and discreet service guarantees minimum disruption to our service users.

Construction
Portland construction completed its first purpose built home in 1985. Since then Portland construction has continued to develop individual properties, the designs and specifications being to their individual requirements, from foundations to interior design.

Our own construction division gives us the advantage of being totally responsible for quality, and in our drive for continued excellence; we feel this is of paramount importance.

Further investment in highly qualified project managers has given the group the opportunity to pass on the knowledge and skills gained to a young team thus providing the necessary succession to continue developing for the foreseeable future.

This investment has also been necessary to ensure that we continue to develop in line with current building regulations and produce the “on time” service expected by our operational functions.

The re-structuring of The Portland Group will extend to its buildings which see the use of quality materials being mirrored across new builds, from the brick and roof slates to the carpets and furnishings.
