De Baliol has strong links with the community and is well supported by various church visitors, the local schools and community centre. The residents have their own residents council, encouraging them to voice their own opinions, giving them a means of being involved in the programme and decisions made relating to the care service provided.
Fees will include accommodation, full board, cleaning of room and communal areas, full laundering service, excluding dry cleaning, and provision of care staff on a 24 hour basis to provide personal care as outlined in the residents care plan.
