At Portland we are unique in the way that care is provided to our service users. We cater for all age groups from the young to the elderly. This includes people with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and all general/severe health problems. We employ a well balanced team of nurses, carers and auxiliary staff that ensure the service user has privacy and dignity at all times during their time
with us.

Together with our excellent team of staff, the facilities available, the support services and our transport division that are all available to the service user we provide a seamless care package. This applies to those requiring the minimum to the maximum support.
Most service users who attend our day care services will then go on to use either our residential/nursing/respite or our domiciliary/home care provision. This provides the service user with continuity within their lives, less disruption and confusion as the staff are known to them and the service users are comfortable with the care provision. |
